You have made the right descision for modern Ninja warrior training, our camps, programs and membership options are superb in both quality and technical knowledge of the martial arts. There is no commitment to filling out this form and we expect only that you complete your registration with a deposit until you arrive at the facility to train. Nothing in the SWAN system of combat is neglected or left out of the process in your training and your growth and personal gain are our #1 concern.
SWAN is an ultimate martial arts training camp that could be referenced to the way warriors should train. It's an opportunity to make training, adventure, and martial arts a more integrated and dominate part of your life. The opportunity to live, breath, and focus on your martial arts and Ninjutsu training is offered no where else with such full-time benefits.
Our training camps and programs are only offered to those that are 16+ years of age, If you are applying for either our camps or programs the process is still the same and a SWAN representative will contact you in a timely manner.
Filling out this form does not fully register your spot at a SWAN camp, program, or give you membership into SWAN. Registration is not complete until payment in full has been received. A SWAN representative WILL NOT contact you in regards to this form if you have not provided valid contact info and answers to all questions in this form. Please include any questions you may have about SWAN or any of our programs.
