Pre-Registration
 You can register / reserve your camp program in advance to ensure you receive a spot to train, by no more than 1 year in advance, and no less than 4 weeks in advance. A deposit of $99 is all that is required to pre-register your spot this amount is also deducted from your full camp tuition.

Full-Payment
You can pay your camp tuition in by check / money order / or in person upon arrival at the camp. Your full camp tuition must be received to start you training with SWAN.

Punch-Card System
We also have a punch-card / or pre-paid system in effect that allows you to come and go at your own leisure for training. This card can be used for up to 1-year and you can purchase anywhere from 1-day to 365-days. Registration/Cancellation Policy

  1. To fully register, payment must be received in full.
  2. You will not be considered registered until SWAN has received your payment
  3. When a camp closes, a waiting list shall be started. You will be notified of your placement on the waiting list.
  4. Balance of tuition in full must be received no later than 4-weeks before the first day of your camp.
  5. If you cancel less than two weeks in advance from the first day of your camp, you will not be given a refund, but you will have 12 calendar months to redeem a credit to attend the same camp security within the year.
  6. If you do not arrive at the camp and you have not canceled, you will lose your entire payment. You may be offered a credit to attend the camp at a later date at SWAN'S discretion only.
  7. Credits are transferable only once. If you redeem your credits, then cancel your registration for that camp, your credits will not be transferable again.
  8. In the unlikely event that SWAN cancels or changes camp dates, you will be given a full refund. SWAN will not be liable for any other costs due to cancellations or date changes.

 

How much does it cost $ to train with SWAN?

ALL CAMPS are $550 Bi-weekly (every 2-weeks)

ALL CAMPS can be paid as you go and continue your training

ALL CAMPS can also be paid up front and certain discounts apply

ALL CAMPS include training, food, lodging gear, and transportation while at the camp
